As a member of the thunder::tech Accounts team, extraordinary customer
service is what I strive for, and when I come across a good example, I
take note.
Additionally, when I see innovative customer service
tactics being put to use through social media, one of my passions, like a
kid in a candy store I just can’t get enough.
Recently I’m
finding instances of companies using social media as a way to be in tune
with their customers’ needs. From the local chain of grocery stores to
national airlines, these companies are not only monitoring what people
are saying about them but are participating in the conversation.
