"Wait guys, I just got an idea. An idea so great that my head would explode if I even began to know what I was thinking about." - Peter Griffin, Family Guy

This quote got me thinking about how great ideas come to mind and the advancements needed to make those ideas happen. Luckily, my head didn’t explode in the process. Strategic elements can be found all around you, but it takes a certain mindset and approach to turn strategic thoughts into action.
When you hear the words “strategic thinking,” what image comes to mind? If you are anything like me, I hope you envision yourself. basis. The employees who make up your brand.
